Changjiu Jinfu was officially established, continuing to specialize in the field of vehicle pledged monitoring and risk management, whilst further strengthening industry service capabilities and business footprint.

Driving Intelligent Upgrade of Industry Regulation
The Company launched independently developed 'intelligent platform + IoT + big data' monitoring and management solutions, taking the lead in achieving a technology-driven supervisory upgrade.
2017
Sustaining Industry Leadership in Scale
The Company's pledged vehicle monitoring services reached over 10,000 automobile dealerships, with market share consistently ranking among the top in the industry. In April of the same year, the Company officially launched automobile dealership operation management services, further extending the scope of services across the automobile circulation industry chain.
2022
Deployment of a Digital Automobile Supply Chain Platform
The automobile supply chain service platform entered the trial operation phase, providing digital circulation support to upstream and downstream customers and accelerating the collaborative upgrade across the automobile circulation chain.

Listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
In January 2024, the Company successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking the beginning of a new phase of capitalized development.

Upgrading to Create a New Automobile Circulation Ecosystem
On the basis of the existing supply chain service platform, the new retail platform 'JC-GO' was officially upgraded and launched, establishing a full-chain automobile circulation ecosystem. In April of the same year, the Company entered into a groundbreaking strategic partnership with FAW Toyota, becoming the exclusive distribution partner for the Corolla 1.2T model in mainland China, thereby further enhancing the capabilities in supply chain resource integration and channel operation.
